Account Confirmation and Remaining Steps
Congratulations! Your account information has been received. Please allow our team to complete the setup process, which may take up to 24 hours. We will send you a confirmation email with additional information. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.
While you are waiting for us to complete your account setup, please do the following. It is important to note that EV360 Ultimate are software programs that are installed on your computer. If you have used other web-based speedbuilding programs before, EV360 Ultimate is different in that it does not run using a web browser. So, please follow the remaining steps below to complete the setup process.
Remaining Steps:
- Download AND install the software – The “Download Software” link in the above EV360 Ultimate menu will open a new tab in your web browser. Please provide your email address and click “Continue” to enter the online repository where you will see two files to download. The first file is the software license agreement. The second file is called EV360_Installer.exe. This file is over 200 mb in size so it may take some time to download depending upon your Internet speed. You also need to know where your browser saves downloaded files. Typically there is a folder called Downloads somewhere on your computer’s user profile. https://tinyurl.com/EV360-DOWNLOAD
- After the installer completely downloads, it must be opened. Opening the installer will start the installation process to get EV360 Ultimate installed on your computer. The installer is a wizzard type installer. After you complete the installation wizzard, there will be a new EV360 Ultimate shortcut on your Windows Desktop and in the Windows Start button. This is the shortcut you will click to launch the EV360 each time you want to use it. Remember, you are NOT logging into Ultimate with your web browser, you are launching the locally installed software program. The username and password are required to authenicate your software, options, and content.
- You must wait for my email notification that your account has been setup for the software to lauch.

- My Speedbuilding – create custom speedbuilding workouts based on selectable workout plans. Audio, text, or video content is presented when you are writing, and the speed of the content is adjusted in real time based on a selected workout plan. No starting/stopping/starting/stopping to adjust the speed of the content you are practicing.
- My Readback – create custom speedbuilding classes based on selectable lesson plans. Six minutes of audio or text content is broken down into six 1-minute segments. Each segment is repeated five times at varying speeds based on the selected lesson plan. Structured classes, longer practice sessions, old fashioned speedbuilding approach to building speed.
- My Realtime – custom realtime writing sessions based on translation accuracy. The content you are practicing will gently increase and/or decreased its speed based on your realtime translation accuracy. No other speedbuilding platform is capable of realtime audio or text speed adjustments based on your realtime translation accuracy. (CAT software with realtime text output functionality is required.)
- My Games – fun and addicting approach to developing realtime accuracy skills. Word Invaders and Sharp Shooter allow to earn points when your writing translates accurately. (CAT software with realtime text output functionality is required.)
- My Evaluations – evaluate your realtime or edited transcript providing graded results within 24 hours by our team of graders. Create Focused Feedback and Self-evaluation Worksheets to use as practice tools to improve writing and transcription weaknesses.
